If you are going to perform some work in the premises of the Compania Minera Antamina S.A. mining camp, you must comply with the following requirements:

- Medical Passport (Download list of authorized centers)
It is valid for one year and is issued by an authorized center.

- Medical Insurance
This is a health insurance policy for those people who are not registered in an EPS (Rimac or Pacifico) and do not have an agreement with the Clínica San Pablo S.A.C. – Policlínico en Yanacancha. To obtain one they must contact our insurance broker Empresa de Seguros Mariategui JLT

- Supplementary At-Risk Work Insurance (Health and Pensions)
This insurance covers any accident the worker might have in an at-risk zone. This insurance must cover health and pensions. To obtain it, you may contact our insurance broker, Empresa de Seguros Mariategui JLT

- Updated Induction Talk for New Men
These talks are given every Tuesday at 8:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m. in the Compania Minera Antamina S.A. camp. To attend to this talk it is indispensable to reserve a space with the Contract area, by e-mail,

- Updated Blockage and Signaling Course
This user area supervisors in the Compania Minera Antamina S.A. camp give this course.

- Mobilization Format (Download Format)
Before visiting the camp, you must fill in the mobilization form and send it to us in order to coordinate mobilization facilities, incoming permits, food and lodging, as the case may be.

Lodging and food will be coordinated by the supplier or contractor with the Sodexho Peru S.A.C.

Safety Implements
Suppliers or contractors entering the Compania Minera Antamina camp must wear minimum safety implements such as hard-hat, goggles, steel-pointed shoes and ear protectors. Other implements must be considered according to the nature of the work to be performed.
