To be able to visit our facilities in the mining camp, Compania Minera Antamina S.A. you must have the authorization of the user area and comply with the following requirements:

Medical Certificate (Download format and list Autorized Centers )
This form must be filled in by an authorized center. It is valid for 6 months, with a maximum of 2 visits, for a total of 10 days.

Medical Insurance
This is a health insurance policy for people that are not affiliated to an EPS (Rimac or Pacifico) and do not have an agreement with the Clínica San Pablo S.A.C. – Policlínico en Yanacancha. To obtain this you must contact our insurance broker, Empresa de Seguros Mariategui JLT

Mobilization Format (Download format )
Before visiting the camp you must fill in the mobilization format and send it to us in order to coordinate mobilization services, entrance, food and lodging, as the case may be. The supplier or contractor with the Sodexho Perú S.A.C. will coordinate Lodging and food.

Safety Equipment
Visitors entering the Compania Minera Antamina camp must have minimum safety implements such as hard-hats, goggles, steel-point shoes and ear protectors.
