Non-Registered Supplier

If you are a supplier of goods and wish us to evaluate you, you must send the following information:

• Executive Summary of your company’s record, giving details about the activities of your company and the time you have in the Peruvian or foreign market.
• Products you commercialize or manufacture or brands you
  represent, enclosing valid certified copies of the representation letters.
• List of main customers, indicating a contact name, telephone numbers and e-mail.
• Simple photocopy of the RUC document of the company (if you are a local supplier)
• Financial information preferably issued by the Dun & Bradstreet Company S.A.C. or Coface Perú S.A.C.
• Safety audit report preferably issued by the SGS del Perú S.A.C. Company.
• Optional: Quality Certifications

Along with this information you must fill in the enclosed file format (download format) and send it by electronic mail to logística@antamina.com

The Purchase area personnel will evaluate received documents and will let you know the outcomes of this evaluation.
